6. Website Technologies and Data Sent to Third Parties
Meta Pixel
The Website uses the Meta Pixel (Pixel ID 1257364889163842) for website measurement and advertising-related purposes. When enabled, the Pixel sends a page-view event to Meta and may allow Meta to receive information such as the page visited, page URL, referring information, IP address, browser and device information, and cookie or advertising identifiers. Meta may combine information received through its business tools with information it already holds in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.
The Website code reviewed by Antubay does not intentionally send the contents of the contact or partner forms to Meta through the Pixel. Where applicable law requires prior consent for advertising or tracking technologies, the Meta Pixel is to be activated only after valid consent.
Google reCAPTCHA
The Website uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms against spam, fraud and automated abuse.
reCAPTCHA collects technical and interaction signals and returns a security token or risk
assessment used to determine whether a request appears legitimate. Google states that reCAPTCHA
may set the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk analysis. Google processes
reCAPTCHA customer data for security, fraud and abuse prevention under the applicable Google
Cloud terms and data-processing terms.
Hosting, email and infrastructure providers
Requests to the Website are processed by Antubay's hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers may process IP addresses, request logs, technical identifiers and information submitted through the Website to the extent necessary to host, secure, transmit and maintain the Website and its communications. If a form submission is forwarded by email, the relevant email-service providers necessarily process the submitted message and contact data in order to deliver it.
External links and social networks
The Website contains links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and websites of Antubay partners. Simply displaying an ordinary external link does not by itself submit the contents of Antubay's forms to that third party. If you click an external link, your browser communicates directly with the destination service, which may receive your IP address, browser information, referring information and any information you choose to provide there. The destination service's own privacy terms apply to that interaction.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website may use cookies, pixels, scripts and similar technologies for security, operation, measurement and advertising. Strictly necessary technologies may be used where permitted without consent. Non-essential advertising or tracking technologies are used with consent where applicable law requires it.
reCAPTCHA may set the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk analysis. Meta Pixel
may use or read Meta cookies or similar identifiers where available. Browser controls may also
allow you to delete or restrict cookies, although doing so may affect certain Website functions.
You can review or change your optional-cookie choice at any time by using the Cookie Preferences control in the footer of the main Website. Withdrawing consent stops future loading of the Meta Pixel on subsequent page activity and page loads.
8. When We Share Personal Data
Antubay may disclose personal data only as reasonably necessary to:
- hosting, infrastructure, cybersecurity and email-service providers;
- Google in connection with reCAPTCHA;
- Meta in connection with the Meta Pixel where that technology is enabled;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers and contractors subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- distributors or business partners when necessary to respond to your request and where permitted by law;
- competent public authorities, courts or law-enforcement bodies when required by law or valid legal process; or
- a successor or relevant counterparty in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Antubay does not sell personal data for monetary consideration. Use of advertising technologies may be treated as "sharing", "targeted advertising" or a similar regulated activity under some privacy laws. Where such laws apply to Antubay, Antubay will provide and honor the rights and opt-out mechanisms required by those laws.
9. International Processing and Transfers
Antubay LLC is established in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your personal data may therefore be processed in the United States and in other countries where Antubay's service providers operate.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, Antubay will use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards including approved standard contractual clauses, or another mechanism permitted by applicable law. You may contact us at info@antubay.com for information about safeguards applicable to a particular transfer.
10. Data Retention
Antubay retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose:
- Business inquiries and prospect communications: generally for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is justified by an ongoing business relationship or legal need.
- Partner applications: generally for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless the relationship continues.
- Customer, distributor, supplier and contractual records: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, warranty, limitation and other legal obligations.
- Security and server logs: for the period reasonably required for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention, taking into account the settings and retention practices of the relevant infrastructure provider.
- Marketing data: until you opt out, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, or the data is no longer reasonably necessary for the marketing purpose, subject to a limited suppression record used to respect your opt-out.
11. Direct Marketing
Antubay may send business communications about its products and services where permitted by law. Where prior consent is required, Antubay will obtain it before sending such communications. Every recipient may object to or opt out of direct marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication or by contacting info@antubay.com.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent Antubay from sending necessary transactional, contractual, security or service-related communications.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy law applies, you may have rights to request:
- confirmation of whether we process your personal data and access to that data;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- deletion of personal data;
- restriction of processing;
- objection to processing, including objection to direct marketing;
- data portability;
- withdrawal of consent at any time where processing is based on consent;
- information about categories of personal data, purposes, sources and recipients;
- opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising where those rights apply; and
- appeal of a decision on a privacy request where applicable law provides such a right.
Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and other jurisdictions may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
To exercise a privacy right, email info@antubay.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority before completing the request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by applicable law.
13. Automated Decision-Making
Antubay does not use the Website to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals solely by automated means. Automated security tools such as reCAPTCHA may assess whether website activity appears automated or abusive in order to protect the Website and its forms.
14. Security
Antubay uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
15. Children
The Website and Antubay's products and services are intended for business and professional users and are not directed to children. Antubay does not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Website. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.
16. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that Antubay does not control. This Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of those third parties. You should review their privacy notices before providing personal data to them.
17. Changes to This Policy
Antubay may update this Policy when its practices, technologies or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through additional means where required by law.
